A customer can ask for a refund only within 24 hours of the purchase .
No Refund shall be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from the TrendSkil website or through the affiliate link of the person who referred him to the TRENDSKIL website after 24 Hours of purchase, under any circumstances.
A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee @5% of the paid amount shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund process. This policy applies to purchases made on our website, Trendskil.com.
We issue refunds for purchases made within 3 hours of the original transaction.
A 5% processing fee of the paid amount will be deducted from the total refund. Please note that any payment gateway fees are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for any purchase made after the 3-hour window has passed, under any circumstances.
To request a refund, you must send an email to support@trendskil.com from your registered email ID. Your request must include the following details:
* Full Name
* Registered email ID
* Date of purchase
* Screenshot of the payment invoice, including the date and time of the transaction
* Reason for the refund request
We will not be able to process any refund requests that do not include all of the required information listed above.
NOTE:- Certain Packages like Gold Package , Platinum Package & Diamond Package are non-refundable.
